Labor cost
We will do the clean up for you so you can enjoy your party. Per hour labor
cost is currently $18.00 per server with 4 to 6 hour minimum for most events
witch equal to $72.00 to $108.00 per server. Depending on the level of service
required, one server could typically handle 2 tables or up to 20 persons.
A higher quality service is provided if the server does not have to cover
more than 15 persons at one time. This cost includes delivery, set up, event
service and clean up of site. Additional fee will apply if event exceeds
planed timeliness.
Deposit
30% of the total cost of the service is required to guarantee booking. Balance
of cost are normally settled a week prior to event.
Custom menu
We recommend that for parties of 12 guests or more that you choose a custom menu. Our goal is to serve you, all of your guest and all of our customers in a prompt and proper manner.
A custom menu consist of at least three courses and you will be charged the menu price for what is ordered.
The advantage of using a custom menu:
1) Printed with company logo of function title at no extra charge.
2) All guests will receive a custom design menu.
3) Your guests do not have to place their order in advance, they can order at the table.
4) You will be guaranteed quick, efficient service from Inka Trails Restaurant.
Note:
1) Without a deposit, all functions and bookings are considered information request only.
2) Customers must guarantee number of guest one-week prior to event date.
3) Once the numbers of guests are confirmed, that is the minimum number of guests that you will be charged for. There will be a minimum of $20.00 per person or the amount of custom menu that will be charged for it anyone in your party does not show, after confirmed.
